Remarkable hand embroidered zip-front jacket and full length skirt completely covered with multi-color couched thread with images of dragons, phoenix and clouds. Beautifully executed with many figures raised (trapunto) to give a slight 3D effect. Most of the thread is silver bullion and the bottom of the skirt is bullion fringe. Minor areas on sleeves where the couching has undone, otherwise very good condition.
